How do I get a discount code?

Discounts may either be sent to you personally or distributed on our marketing material, for example we may release special offer codes via our e-mails or on twitter and facebook.

How do I redeem my discount?

Check the conditions of the discount to find out what products qualify and if there is a minimum order value, when you have the qualifying item(s) in your basket, proceed to checkout. At any stage of checkout prior to the order confirmation screen you can enter your discount code, just look for the "Got a Discount Code?" on screen and click "Click here to apply it". Enter your discount code in the box provided and select "Apply". The discount, if valid, will then be applied to your order and visible on the View Your Basket screen.

I've entered my discount code and it doesn't work, why not?

There are a number of reasons why your discount code may not work:

• You don't have a qualifying product(s) in your basket.
• You have not reached the minimum order threshold for the discount to be applied.
• The discount code may have expired or the campaign not yet started.
• If the discount has a maximum number of redemptions, this may have been reached.
• The discount may be for one time use only and has already been redeemed.
• Discount code is not recognised.
• You may not be eligible to use certain discount codes.

Please double check the conditions of the discount to ensure that you and your order qualify, if you do meet the requirements then please enter the discount code again to make sure it was entered correctly. If you are still having difficulty please contact Customer Services.

How many times can I use my discount code?

Certain discount codes are for one time use only, others do allow multi-use, please check the conditions of the specific discount code.

What products can I use my discount code on?

Discount codes may relate to certain products, product categories or order thresholds, please check the conditions of the specific discount code.

If I cancel my order will I be able to use my discount code again?

If an order is cancelled with one or more discount codes applied, the discount will be made available to be redeemed again on another order?

If I use my discount code and subsequently return the item will I be able to use the discount code again?

You will not be able to use your discount code again online however you can contact Customer Services if you wish to re-order with the original discount code.

I had a discount code and lost it, what should I do?

Please contact Customer Services with information of where and when you received the discount code. We will check if the discount code is still valid, if you are eligible and, if appropriate, re-issue the discount code.
